Hi to all that may read this im new here so be gentle, i have a a pir outside light and after playing with the switch indoors the light now stays on all the time, could some one tell me the sequence to turn it off all the time and the sequence for it to operate on the sensor.

Likely your light has a manual overide function to force the light on or off. This sequence varies from manuf to manuf, but will involve a 'seqence' of switching off/on of the supply to the light (ie. forcing it to PIR or manual switch mode). Find out your actual light/manuf details and google for a datasheet/operation details. You could post back here if you struggle, someone will come up with something.

Try switching it off on your consumer unit for a while. Might reset it.
