Hi guys
Found this forum and it has a lot of useful informations.
We are in proces of buying house, it is actually our first house, which need a lot updating/ restoring.
So in short future I will ask a few questions.

I remember with fondness our very first house which like yours needed alot of work.
In fact it smelt so bad that the first thing we did was remove the carpets, curtains and wallpaper and left it with the windows open for a week. The smell of dog poo, wee and cigarette smoke was unforgettable. :D
