ebuild is sad to announce its closure - it has become too time and resource intensive to develop, manage and maintain.

However, ebuild will remain on-line in archive mode (ie no posting facilties) for several weeks so that users can use it as an information resource.

Now This Is A Sensible Idea...

Had to be Australians, didn't it?

I was in hospital years ago (1970's) after a motorcycle accident, and the guy in the bed opposite was an Australian who'd had a bike accident (the bloke from the bike shop where I'd bought the bike I smashed up). We (me and two other motorcycle accident patients on the ward) fixed up a Foster's can to an IV stand and taped a pipe to it (whilst he was asleep) and took a photo. He and a couple of his Aussie mates living near thought it was brilliant. Pity the ward sister had a sense of humour failure about it..................

What I like about it is the amount of co-operation and planning.

Makes my (our) bit of silliness at the School of Artillery on Salisbury Plain - stripping a 105mm pack howitzer and reassembling it on the Officers' Mess table at Larkhill Barracks look tame by comparison.

In Engerland they would have to have a certified plumber involved, or the regulators would stage a police raid to prevent alcoholism in the children and assess the sugar tax.
