Hi All,

I recently joined the site to ask question abt my extension which I am hoping to do soon, but today I received a letter from solicitors (insurance company appointed) who will claim against the council for the subsidence to due to tree nearby,

After 8 years they have stumped up the tree and now the house is recovering its position.

I was happy that its sorted and started planning loft conversion and rear extension.

Before I talk to these solicitors if some one could guide me what's the process, mainly is it going to effect my extension, the letter also mention to include additional or uninsured losses etc etc.

Thanks in advance
Bill
