ebuild is sad to announce its closure - it has become too time and resource intensive to develop, manage and maintain.

However, ebuild will remain on-line in archive mode (ie no posting facilties) for several weeks so that users can use it as an information resource.

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum.

I really enjoy diy and I usually dont do to bad generally but have of course had one or two disasters. I think its always best to get advice on things you aren't sure of or have never done before so that's why i've joined the forum.

Welcome. I salute your mentality to 'have a go'.
My motto is "do it up until it snaps and then back it off half a turn" and if you're really not sure what you're doing then give it a good coat of lookin' at :)
