If it's hand-drawn then scan and save it as an image and use the Full Editor (More Reply, down there in the right hand corner) facility to upload the image onto the forum.

It's pretty much an assumption that you'd have to do re-routing of pipework and drainage in order to do an extension tbh. It'll be another day at the office for any decent builder and as you'll have plant on site to dig foundations and excavate they'll just do new trenches for drainage etc at the same time.
You'll have to have a builder go and survey it first for feasibility reasons, as without seeing the fall and direction of the main sewers it's impossible to say it can be done from afar.
It would have to be very adverse for this not to be a reasonably straightforward job.

We had no idea it was there until the main sewer blocked and had to be replaced, when the camera survey discovered it. Some tapping on the floor found where it was, but as it wasn't giving any trouble we just left it alone.
Not something I'd recommend, as once you know there is something like this under your living room carpet it does make you feel a bit uneasy.......................
