Very frustrating and you can't type fast.
First line seems to be normal then it just slows down with each letter taking over second to type

I can type fine into a word doc which I then copy & paste into eBuild
Could be over zealous virus software not liking the eBuild editor.
My machine works fine on other forums I’m a member of

I have already hit the "Toggle editing mode" button so this seems to be in addition to that long running issue.

There is certainly an issue with the full editing mode on IE but I don't know if that also applies to other browsers. Try hitting the "toggle editing mode button" (top left above the B for Bold) and see it typing improves. It makes a dramatic difference for me.

My kids have two new PCs running Win7 64bit with MS Wireless Keyboards and mice. On one of them the mouse was virtually unusable when running some programs. It was fine in MS Word and similar programs but froze and/or became unusable in the menu for his favourite game. The keyboard wasn't so bad but would occasionally miss characters. I spent ages trying to find the problem including uninstalling and reinstalling drivers etc. Several sites suggest trying a different USB port but I couldn't see how that would explain the symptoms. Then I moved the wireless dongle to the front of his PC and the problem went away! It seems that something isn't very tolerant of a weak wifi link?
