ebuild is sad to announce its closure - it has become too time and resource intensive to develop, manage and maintain.

However, ebuild will remain on-line in archive mode (ie no posting facilties) for several weeks so that users can use it as an information resource.

I'd tried the 'search' function a few times today, looking for UFH and Heat Loss, for example. I always select 'Forums' yet I keep getting zero results. What am I doing wrong?

The ebuild search function doesn't work for three letter words. The best way to search for this type of phrase is to use google and direct it to the ebuild site.

Try entering this into the google search bar :-

Or just put "underfloor heating" in the search box. ;)

I think TerryE highlighted this before, something to do with a minimum number of words required in the forum search facility. If I recall correctly one solution was to use google (or other search engine) and type ebuild then the phrase you tried in the forum search. Just tried it and came up with a long list of hits.
